Sasha Yakovleva teaches the Buteyko Method and healthy breathing practices to adults and children worldwide. For nearly 20 years, this has been her full-time professional work.
Over the years, she has worked with thousands of students, helping many people improve their breathing, sleep, and overall health through practical, science-based techniques.
Her teaching focuses on helping people understand the science of breathing and apply simple methods that can be used in everyday life.
