About the Buteyko BreathMastery Group
The Buteyko BreathMastery Group is a collaborative space where the Buteyko Method provides a foundation for improving breathing, enhancing health, and fostering well-being. Each session includes 30 minutes of guided Buteyko breathing practice, along with time dedicated to deepening your understanding of Dr. Buteyko’s work.
This international group offers practical education, space for personal reflection, and exploration of related themes that expand and refine your practice. Members support one another in staying consistent and advancing their Positive Maximum Pause, all within a committed and engaged community.

About the Teacher
Sasha Yakovleva, Founder of the Buteyko Breathing Center and an Advanced Buteyko Specialist, facilitates this program. She leads the breathing exercises, structures each session, and provides guidance while encouraging active contribution from every participant.
One of the greatest strengths of the BreathMastery Group is its members. This is a co-creative space where we learn from one another, offer support, share insights, and grow together.

Who Can Join?
Membership is open to all Buteyko students who have completed any form of Buteyko training — whether through a full course, workshop, video program, or a similar offering from another qualified Buteyko school. There is no minimum Positive Maximum Pause/Control Pause requirement.
If you haven’t completed any Buteyko training yet, no problem: you’re still welcome to join! As part of your BreathMastery membership, you’ll get full access to three introductory video courses to help you get started:
Buteyko Breathing Step-by-Step, Chroniosepsis, and Tempering.
These courses will give you a strong foundation and prepare you to fully participate in the group sessions.

Membership Details
· Cost: Membership is based on a quarterly subscription model
· Billing Cycle: Payments are made every three months and automatically renew on January 1st, April 1st, and October 1st
· Summer Break: No charges are applied for July, August, and September, during the program’s summer break
· Cancellations & Pausing: You may cancel any time before the next renewal. Refunds are not issued for completed billing cycles, but you may pause your subscription at any time
