After completion of this program, the participant will receive a diploma as a Buteyko Breathing Specialist / Practitioner.

This program is beneficial for people who wish to learn the Buteyko Breathing Method in-depth and master techniques that will help improve their own breathing and health as well as allow them to start helping others. This program is also recommended for various health and wellness professionals who are looking forward to integrating the Buteyko Breathing Method into their primary health/wellness/fitness/yoga modality.

This comprehensive program allows a student to learn the method from a variety of sources. In addition to meetings with an Advanced Buteyko Breathing Specialist, a student is required to do studies on his or her own following the guidance of his or her counselor. A student will learn from the teachings of Dr. Novozhilov MD, Ludmila Buteyko as well as live with Sasha Yakovleva, other experts and students of the Buteyko Breathing Method. To complete the program, a student is required to pass a written exam test.

What makes this program different from other Buteyko certification programs? In the West, the word “Buteyko” is not legally protected. Unfortunately, this created a situation when anyone can teach the Buteyko Method and certify other practitioners. As a result, the Buteyko Method in the West became a mixture of correct and incorrect information generating variable results. Sasha Yakovleva, Advanced Buteyko Specialist, will guide you through the process of deepening your understanding of this complicated method and learning the professional skills of teaching it. Sadly, the tendency to present the Buteyko Method in its simplified and curtailed way prevails in Western countries. This became an obstacle for people sincerely wishing to become Buteyko practitioners to be able to help others to improve their breathing and overall health effectively. Unlike other Buteyko certification programs, the Buteyko Breathing Center’s certification program presents Dr. Buteyko's work meticulously, methodically, and thoroughly. Requirement: Completion of Breathing Normalization Training (Level 1) and Breathing Optimization Training (Level 2).

Course Duration: 2-3 months plus lifetime support

Curriculum: - 20 hours of educational video materials and their transcripts

Individual sessions: 2 live sessions (1.5 hours each) with Sasha Yakovleva, Advanced Buteyko Specialist
