This online program is delivered live via Zoom and includes:

  • Nine private sessions (1.5 hours each), typically scheduled weekly or biweekly

The pace is adapted to your situation and lifestyle. Most participants complete the course in 3–4 months, though it may extend up to 6 months if needed. Family members are welcome to join sessions at no extra cost.

The Training - Levels 1–3:

Rooted in Dr. Buteyko’s pioneering work, this program combines three essential pillars of health: Breathing Normalization, Nature Tempering, and Chroniosepsis. Together, they create a complete path toward greater health and well-being.

Level 1 – Breathing Normalization (Buteyko Breathing)

This is the foundation of the training. You will begin by restoring your automatic breathing patterns to naturally raise CO₂ levels in the lungs. Through Buteyko breathing exercises and supportive lifestyle adjustments, you will gently reduce over-breathing, enhance oxygen delivery, calm the nervous system, and activate the body’s innate healing capacity. Learn to breathe peacefully — no matter the circumstances.

What You’ll Establish:

·  Healthy nasal breathing at all times (during sleep, speech, physical activity, stress, etc.)
·  Light breathing with reduced air consumption, day and night

Level 2 – Breathing Optimization & Nature Tempering

As your breathing improves, you will continue training yourself to breathe more lightly while beginning to explore Nature Tempering (also known as Russian Tempering) —t he practice of conscious exposure to natural conditions such as cold, heat, humidity, dryness, sunlight, and unconditioned air.

For those who over-breathe, these elements of nature can feel intimidating and are often perceived as “enemies.” Yet with training, they transform into powerful allies, providing invaluable tools for lasting health.
