This is a one-on-one consultation with Sasha Yakovleva, Advanced Buteyko Specialist, for individuals who are interested in starting the Buteyko Breathing Normalization course.
During this 45-minute session, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss your goals. The consultation also allows the teacher to learn about your health history, evaluate your breathing, and explain how the Buteyko Breathing Normalization course may be helpful based on your individual needs, goals, and situation.
