About Advanced Buteyko Specialist Certification Program

This program creates a foundation for the status of an Advanced Buteyko Breathing Specialist / Practitioner. This is an individual program online.

This comprehensive program allows a student to learn the Buteyko Method from a variety of sources. In addition to meetings with Sasha Yakovleva, Advanced Buteyko Breathing Specialist, a student is required to do studies on his or her own. A student will learn from the teachings of Dr. Novozhilov MD (the founder of the Buteyko Clinic in Moscow), Ludmila Buteyko as well as other experts of the Buteyko Breathing Method. Additionally, a student will have a rare opportunity to learn about Dr. Buteyko's most profound but least known discoveries. This program will allow a Buteyko practitioner to understand and present the method in its most effective form. 

This program consists of the following segments:

- Dr. Buteyko's Additional Discoveries

- Become Skillful At The Buteyko Method 

• Requirement: Certification of a Buteyko Specialist
• Course Duration: 2-5 months plus lifetime support
• Curriculum: 
  - 35 hours of educational video materials and their transcripts
• Individual live sessions: 3 sessions (1 hour 30 min) with Sasha Yakovleva, Advanced Buteyko Specialist
